Delaware Conference Agenda

The DPTA is pleased to provide a stimulating one day conference for our members. Our goal is to provide diverse topics as the DPTA is looking to welcome, include, and collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and students from all branches of practice. We’re looking to grow and we are looking forward to working with you!

The DPTA is providing four excellent speakers on timely subjects that you should find appropriate whether you are a practicing therapist, assistant or student. As healthcare practitioners in an interdisciplinary continuum of care, we collaborate and work with providers to help build stronger patients and stronger communities. We should continue to break down silos, and breaking down those silos start inside our profession by highlighting our experts and resources, and making them available to our fellow practitioners.

Therefore, our topics give all practitioners information on areas they might see in their practice as a PT/PTA as well as future PTs and PTAs.  While participants may not be addressing the topic directly, these courses can help our members to gather resources and make appropriate cross referrals so that our patients and community are aware of the resources available to them.

We are looking forward to the conference as well as the opportunity to spend time with DPTA members.
